Advanced Heart Failure
At UF Health, we are very proud to be at the forefront of heart failure science, and have been a worldwide pioneer in stem cell therapies for heart failure for decades.
Our current research trials evaluate the effectiveness of combining various stem cell and regenerative medicine techniques, providing cell therapy in new patient populations, and attempting to improve left ventricular function and quality of life.

Heart Transplantation
Our heart transplant program delivers the highest level of care to both pediatric and adult patients, including those with complex adult congenital heart disease. This often requires consideration of multiorgan transplantation and our multidisciplinary team is proud to provide both dual and triple organ transplantation in appropriately selected patients.
