Kriti Kalra

Kriti Kalra earned her medical degree in India and completed Internal Medicine residency at UPMC Harrisburg, PA. She then joined MedStar Washington Hospital Center as a Cardiology Hospitalist within the Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant program, caring for patients with advanced heart failure, cardiogenic shock, and mechanical circulatory support, and was appointed Assistant Professor of Medicine at Georgetown University.

Kriti is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology and serves on the AHA’s Clinical Cardiology Committee and the Society of Hospital Medicine’s National Research Committee. Her clinical and research interests lie at the intersection of heart failure, women’s cardiovascular health, and geriatric cardiology, and she is excited to build on that work at UF
